Indemnity

The client will indemnify Superbmarketingtools.net and its employees from any of the claims, demands, losses, liabilities, expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fee, etc. arising out of the litigation between Superbmarketingtools.net and the client in relation with the implementation of Live Support application.
