What is Live Support?
Live Support is an application which when integrated with
a website will enable a chatting feature at that particular
website.
What is the benefit from this feature?
This chat feature will help you convert more number of
visitors into customers. You can initiate a dialogue with
the visitor and clarify the doubts, if any, there by paving
the way for more number of conversions.
How can I add this feature to my website?
This feature for now is offered as a hosted application,
which will run our Servers while the interface is integrated
with your website.
How much do you charge for this feature? Is the charge
recurring?
We have come up with three different plans for webmasters.
You can choose the plan that suits your requirements more
appropriately and pay the relevant charge.
The Plans:
• Every Month - $30.
•
Six Months - $150.
•
One Year - $330.
Will I be able to invite visitors to chat?
You can automatically invite the visitors to your website
by selecting the Auto Invite feature.
What is the other method of inviting visitors to chat?
You can set a visitor alert, this will let you know when
a new visitor in on the website. Alternatively, you can
set a sound alert that will produce a wav sound each time
a new visitor is at your website. You can then invite the
visitor to chat.
Can I adjust the chat window to suit my website?
Yes, you can adjust the chat window according to your
website.
