At this juncture Live
Support is offered as a hosted service for
which the interested webmaster’s have to register
by paying the amount for the plan chosen.The following
are the instructions to be followed.Please read them
before registering
- You have to register with Superbmarketingtools.net
for the Live Support program.
- Once approved for a particular plan, you can access
your account using the login and password created
at the time of registration.
- You’ll be given the code snippet that will
integrate the Live Support application with your
website.
- Once the application is integrated you can see
an icon, with text “Live Support Online” on
your website. This icon when clicked shows a window
that prompts the visitors for a question.
- For the icon to remain active
and to be able to answer the queries from the visitors
you need to login at http://www.superbmarketingtools.net/livehelp/login.php .
