Indemnity

The client will indemnify Superbmarketingtools.net and its employees from any of the claims, demands, losses, liabilities, expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fee, etc. arising out of the litigation between the client and Superbmarketingtools.net, over the issues relating to use of e-mail campaign or execution of a mail campaign on behalf of the client.
