1. All the patents, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property of the merchant would be respected and are not infringed upon.

2. The logos, links and other advertisement material not designed by Superbmarketingtools.net and those, which the merchant uses to link with his set of affiliates’, will be the personal property of the merchant.

3. Superbmarketingtools.net has complete ownership on the affiliate marketing software. Each module of the software that the merchant uses to conduct the affiliate program is the intellectual property of superbmarketingtools.net and any duplication of the code will be considered as breach of the law governing intellectual property rights.

4. Superbmarketingtools.net will have complete ownership on the code used to track the performance of the affiliates in generating revenue for the merchant. The code will remain its property even after integrating with the merchant’s link.
