Indemnity
The merchant will indemnify Superbmarketingtools.net, its
employees from any of the claims, demands, losses, liabilities,
expenses
including reasonable attorneys’ fee, etc. arising out
of the litigation between the merchant and the affiliate
enrolled for the affiliate program, over the issues relating
to the payment of affiliate commission or any other issue
relating to the domain of affiliate program as defined by
Superbmarketingtools.net.
