Disclaimer

1. Superbmarketingtools.net has the right to change the code of agreement with the merchant at anytime it considers appropriate. The changes to the agreement will be duly informed to the merchant.

2. Superbmarketingtools.net will not be answerable to the merchant if the affiliate program does not generate for the Merchant.

3. The merchant will be responsible to approve, disapprove the affiliate into the program.

4. The merchant will be responsible to disburse the commission due to each affiliate upon maturity.

5. The merchant will be responsible to terminate the services of the non-performing affiliates.

6. Superbmarketingtools.net will not take the responsibility of restricting the affiliates promoting a merchant’s business from joining the affiliate programs offered by other merchants.

7. Neither Supermarketingtools.net nor the merchant will be liable to one another due to the any failure or delay in performance obligations on account of external forces, including, but not limited to natural calamities such as fires, floods, earthquakes, storms (by whatever name they are called), explosions, eruptions, shortages owing to market conditions, strikes, litigations, labor conditions, government actions, which are beyond the control of either party.
